I am a little, teeny, tiny bit obsessed with my mouth and caring for my mouth and I always visit https://dentistinperth.com.au/ to get my teeth cleaned. I’ve never been fond of mouthwash because there is nothing safe or healthy about it (in my opinion).

My husband and my 6 year old LOVE mouthwash though.

I was buying my 6 year old TOM’S mouthwash, but that still didn’t sit well with me, plus it is expensive and he could use an entire bottle in 2 weeks. As per my dentist from 904implant.com/transformations, getting medical procedures done on the teeth could be a much better option. You can learn more about them, on the dentists’ site.

Once day, I thought, “Hmmm… why can’t I just make my own mouthwash?”

I grabbed a glass jar, added some distilled water, and got Thieves, Spearmint, & Peppermint out of my oil cabinet.

Young Living has an entire line of mouthcare using Thieves and I KNOW that Thieves is amazing at killing germs and it necessary for mouth health.

The Peppermint and Spearmint were just to give it that minty taste.

I added 4 drops of Thieves and 2 drops each of Peppermint and Spearmint (you could just use one instead of both).

Mouthwash

I shook the jar and went straight to the bathroom, got some, and swished around.

AH-MAZING!!!!

I could feel it killing and disinfecting and when I spit it out, my mouth felt tingly and minty, just like after brushing or using store-bought mouthwash.

I was sold.

Now, to sell my mouthwash fanatics.

I had both my hubby and son try it and they loved it.

My hub’s exact words were, “That right there is good. You need to always make that. I seriously think it is better than anything you could buy.”

It’s so easy, why not go ahead and try it.

Like, right now!
