RC essential oil from Young Living is a blend.  What does that mean?  It means that you get not just 1 essential oil, but many in a bottle and in this case, you get 10 essential oils all in one little bottle of goodness!  RC contains the following essential oils, Myrtle, Marjoram, Pine, Eucalyptus radiata, Eucalyptus citriodora, Eucalyptus globulus, Lavender, Cypress, Black spruce, and Peppermint.  WOW!  That’s a lot of oils!  So how would you use this little power house bottle?

This oil is a topical/aromatic essential oil.  You can apply it to your skin (diluted with a carrier oil), or you can also diffuse this oil blend.  Around here, during the winter months, we can go through a bottle of this oil a month.  I tell people, you use RC when you want to breathe easy.  I have a friend who will apply a cream of coconut oil and RC essential oil to her chest before she begins to sing.  I know another friend who is a runner and she will use the same cream on her chest before she goes running.  Around here, we will apply this to our chest and put it in the diffuser when we want to support our respiratory system.  I encourage you to make sure and use this one when you get your kit!  It is amazing!

  1. I can’t wait to use this in my diffuser once the next weather change happens because I know I’m gonna need it!

  2. RC has been our go to oil when our respiratory system needs some help. I always keep a back up of this oil as it is used often. Love to use in a roller bottle before I hit the Katy trail on my bike.

  3. I still think this needs to come in a 15 ml bottle! I love this oil! It has worked miracles on my respiratory system this year. I have learned that I need to order it every month, even if I still have some in the bottle because you never know when your respiratory system will need some extra help.

  4. My son has a trach so his respiratory system isn’t great so I can’t wait to diffuse this and see its magic!

  5. This was the very first oil that I diffused and was amazed at the results. I have asthma and I have not had to use my inhaler in over a week and usually this time of year I use it daily. The RC also helps me get a restful nights sleep because my husband and my cat (yes he snores too) did not snore at all. This will be a staple at my house!

  6. This stuff has helped the hubby several times with respiratory issues . Have not had to buy cough medicine since we started using RC

  7. I diffuse this in the bedroom when I have my grandbabies and they sound like they are getting colds or have runny noses. Love how it helps them.

  8. Love to diffuse RC! DD has a runny nose, so think I will mix some with coconut oil and apply to her feet!! Thanks for the tips!

  9. We use RC when we start to feel our respiratory system getting out of wack. We rub it on our chest and neck and diffuse it.

  10. I used this on my daughter tonight because she was complaining of stuffy nose. I always use it in a roller.

  11. Daily allergy issues in our house. Would like to try this to see if we can cut back on the amount of medicine that we care currently taking. Holistic and natural beats chemical anytime!!

  12. Another great one to run in the diffuser during this time of the year. I’ll also mix with coconut oil or lavender lotion and rub on the chest.
