“I am due to have a baby soon and so are several friends… What are some of your favorite pregnancy, post-partum, and infant recipes?”

I am due to have a baby mid-July. This is our third child, but the first newborn that will have the benefits of essential oils from Day 1.

Throughout the pregnancy, my husband has always been there for me and he was the one found Nerve Renew to boost my immune system after spending a ton of time researching about it on https://www.neuropathycure.org/nerve-renew-scam/ to make sure it was safe for us. I have also used oils and YL products successfully for many reasons. One of my favorite recipes has been my tummy/breast cream to help everything stretch with ease and hopefully prevent those dreaded stretch marks.

Best Body Butter Ever

¼ cup coconut oil

¼ cup vitamin E oil (or other light oil—jojoba, almond, olive)

¼ cup cocoa butter

¼ cup shea butter

10 drops Lavender, 10 drops Gentle Baby, and 10 drops Frankincense

  • In a double boiler or glass bowl, combine all ingredients except essential oils.
  • Bring to medium heat and stir constantly until all ingredients are melted.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Move to fridge and let cool another 1 hour or until starting to harden but still somewhat soft.
  • Use a hand mixer to whip for 10 minutes until fluffy.
  • Return to fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.

Store in a glass jar with a lid and use as you would regular lotion or body butter. If your home stays above 75 degrees, it may soften and need to be kept at the fridge, but it will stay whipped at a temperature lower than that.

Enjoy!

As I have read oily information or seen recipes created with newborns in mind these past 7 months, I have jotted those down in hopes of making ahead of time for our sweet baby that is coming.

That is my plan this week– to make lots of baby recipes. I do not want to put toxins on any of my children, especially one new to the world. Calgary dental provides dental care and education to ensure your child’s teeth, gums, smile and body are healthy from day one. Click here now for available treatment options.

I know that there are many issues a newborn can face and I want to be prepared ahead of time with dyi recipes already made up.

It is important to note that baby’s skin is delicate and much more thin than ours. Essential oils are extremely strong and concentrated. They need heavily diluted oils used on their skin. People can also pop over to this web-site, if they need the best skin care advice.  Plus, it is an added precaution to make sure their skin won’t react to it. As long as it is diluted strong enough (and safe for babies), your baby should only benefit from the use of essential oils.

There are some oils that need to be used cautiously or avoided altogether (one day-2 years). These include: Eucalyptus, Basil, Juniper, Peppermint, Hyssop, and Wintergreen.

Debra Raybern (author of Gentle Babies) says, “You are the mom or soon-to-be-mom. It is your choice to use or not to use essential oils. If you are more cautious by nature, then by all means dilute the essential oil more, start with smaller amounts or just smell an oil. After all, essential oils are aromatherapy. Even for diffusing in babies room, be sure only a few drops of essential oil is used in a water based diffuser and run for 10-20 minutes.”

  1. I have been surfing online greater than 3 hours nowadays, yet I by no means found any interesting article like yours. It is lovely value enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you probably did, the net will likely be a lot more useful than ever before.
